Chopped Tomatoes

The tomato pulp in very fine pieces Alessia is made to maintain all the taste, sweetness and freshness of the freshly picked tomato. With a dense and homogeneous consistency it is prepared with the pulpy part of the tomato combined with a surprising tomato juice made as it once was.

They are ideal for long cooking recipes or for high temperature ones, such as oven cooking. But it is also perfect for homemade pizza!

 

The Alessia tomato pulp is available in sizes: 500 g. and 3 kg.
